Project Proponent:

Sino-Italian Cooperation Program for Environmental Protection

Objectives:

To carry out an extensive training program on AQMS•To build a model for the management of the AQMS service in other Chinese cities;•To support Chinese authorities in the policy making process to elaborate appropriate guidelines in the field of Air Quality;•To enforce public health protection, including accurate and precise data collection;•To achieve an Italian technology transfer and to build up Chinese scientific and capacity and capability;•To be coherent with Chinese sustainable development strategies;•To ensure integration of economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainable development in the design and implementation of the project.
